If a service is cancelled or delayed by more than 120 minutes, passengers can choose between re-routing or a full refund.
Unaccompagned minor
Children aged 5-11 can travel unaccompanied on journeys less than 30km before 7pm, but children under 12 must be accompanied by someone 16 or over for longer journeys or after 7pm.
