Academy Bus Company is an efficient, no-frills New Jersey-based bus operator that runs services in New Jersey and New York. The company is also known for its Casino Lines, which run to Atlantic City and other nearby resorts. It also runs GoBuses, which provide scheduled links from New York to Hartford, Providence, Baltimore, and Philadelphia. Academy is one of the biggest bus operators on the Eastern seaboard, offering handy connections for students, sports fans, shoppers, and professional travelers.
With Academy Bus Company, it's easy to get around the eastern USA, whether you're casino hopping, seeing the big-city lights, or traveling for work.
Academy Bus Company operates a total of 55 routes in the eastern USA. Most of the routes on the Academy bus schedule run from New Jersey locations, such as Asbury Park, Hazlet, Lakewood, North Middletown, and Shrewsbury. Almost all services run to the Port Authority Bus Terminal, and there should be 6-8 direct buses every day from most locations. Some also terminate at Wall Street and Midtown, providing flexibility for commuters coming from NJ. Other routes run from destinations near Washington, DC, and Baltimore to the center of those cities, and there's also a service from Staten Island to New York. In all cases, holiday schedules apply at certain times, meaning passengers may have fewer departures to choose from.
