PKP Intercity is Poland's primary long-distance rail passenger transport provider, operating approximately 350-400 trains daily and connecting major cities and smaller towns across Poland, as well as offering international connections. The company, a subsidiary of the PKP Group, offers various train categories including Express InterCity Premium (EIP), Express InterCity (EIC), InterCity (IC), and Twoje Linie Kolejowe (TLK), each providing different levels of comfort and service. EIP trains, utilizing modern Pendolino sets, are their most exclusive and fastest option, while TLK offers more affordable travel. Many PKP Intercity trains feature amenities such as air conditioning, power outlets, and Wi-Fi.

Additional luggage that does not fit in the designated hand luggage areas may incur an additional fee of PLN 5.10 per oversized item.
Cancellation Policy
Tickets can be cancelled up to 5 minutes before the scheduled departure from the boarding station for online tickets, with a reimbursement of 85% of the ticket price for domestic tickets.
Refund
If a train is cancelled, the ticket will be refunded, and if the ticket was issued by DB, the refund request will be processed by the Servicecenter Fahrgastrechte.
