Sloterdijk is Regiojet's main departure point, and can be found in eastern Amsterdam. The bus station is also served by the Amsterdam Metro (lines 50 or 51 in this case), but the 19 tram route also passes by the bus terminal, and may be just as convenient for those coming from central Amsterdam.
Arrival Bus Station: An Amsterdam to Prague bus could arrive at either Prague Hlavni Nadrazi, or UAN Florenc stops. Hlavni Nadrazi is the city's major rail terminal and is the more central of the two. From there, passengers can seamlessly transfer to the Prague Metro Line C, which allows them to reach the city center in 5-10 minutes. UAN Florenc is around 800 meters north of Hlavni Nadrazi, so it isn't much further from downtown Prague. Again, Metro Line C is the best transfer option, via Florenc Station. Both bus station are also served by overground rail lines, which run to suburban locations.
Passengers board the coach most frequently from Amsterdam, Piarcoplein (Amsterdam Sloterdijk), which is located around 2.4 miles (3.9 km) away from the city centre, and they get off the coach at Prague, Central Train Station, located 1.8 miles (2.9 km) away from the city centre.
