Empresa Municipal de Transportes de Madrid (EMT Madrid) is a public company, wholly owned by the Madrid City Council, responsible for urban public transport in Madrid, Spain. Established in 1947, it is the sole bus operator in the city and the largest mobility company in Spain in its sector. EMT Madrid manages a fleet of over 2,000 buses across 223 lines, covering 3,500 kilometers with 10,024 bus stops.
