How do I get from Dublin Airport to the city centre? There are two bus options for those landing into Dublin airport; the first is to catch the 747 airlink direct bus from outside the terminal to the city centre. You can check out the timetable for the 747 airlink on the Dublin bus website. The price for an adult is 6 euro single, or 10 euro return. For child fare, a single ticket price is 3 euro and a return fare is 5 euro.
The second option is to any the 41 or 16 bus to the city centre. As these buses are in-direct the journey time will be longer than taking the airlink. However the fare is cheaper - with a single costing 3.30 euro for an adult and 1.40 for a child (under 16). Dublin bus only accepts exact change in coins so have your fare ready before you board!
