Bristol to Bournemouth train with Great Western Railway

Passengers can depart from Bristol Parkway Station and arrive at Cardiff Central Station from just after 5:15 a.m. with the last train running at 1:30 a.m. Services are however quite limited after 10:00 p.m.On average the journey takes less than an hour, but some journeys may take nearly 1.5 hours if there is a change involved which is rare. There are various peak times from the first train until 9:30 a.m. On average, two trains per hour are offered to go from Bristol to Cardiff. During the weekends passengers must be aware of the variations regarding departure time and frequency. Most of the trains are direct but there are also some connections where one change will have to be made. The station where passengers will have to change trains is Filton Abbey Wood. Bristol

Bristol offers not only several world class attractions but also a wide variety when it comes to architectural styles, ranging from the medieval to the 21st century. In addition, buildings from most of the architectural periods of the UK can be admired throughout the city. Cardiff

Cardiff, with Cardiff Castle, is an important tourist centre that offers visitors a large range of attractions to see. It is the largest city and capital of Wales. Other attractions are also worth visiting like the Pierhead building, Millennium Stadium or the Welsh National Museum. At St Fagans visitors will find the National History Museum which is an open air museum that offers dozens of buildings from Welsh history.
